Different Foods

Changing your diet a bit can be really helpful. Every two weeks, you’ll try new kinds of food to keep things interesting. We’ve got two easy recipes for each phase. These tasty and healthy meals will help you avoid cravings and stick to your diet plan.

Strong Protein

You’ll keep eating enough protein during the eight weeks, so you don’t lose any muscle. Protein plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health and well-being. It is often referred to as the building block of life due to its essential role in the growth, repair, and maintenance of tissues throughout the body. Proteins are composed of amino acids, which are necessary for various bodily functions, including the synthesis of enzymes, hormones, and neurotransmitters.

Eating Less Calories Slowly

In each phase, you’ll eat a bit fewer calories. But don’t worry, it won’t be too hard. We make sure you still get enough energy for your workouts by including a good amount of healthy fats in all the phases.

Start with simple exercises

Starting simple exercises as a beginner is about finding easy activities to kickstart your fitness journey. You can try walking, which is as simple as putting one foot in front of the other and can be done anywhere. Another option is doing basic stretches like reaching for your toes or stretching your arms overhead.

For strengthening, you might start with exercises like squats, where you lower your body as if sitting in a chair and then stand back up. Push-ups against a wall or on your knees can also be great for building upper body strength. These exercises require little to no equipment and can be adjusted to your fitness level.

Final thoughts

Just remember to start slowly, focus on proper form, and gradually increase the intensity as you get stronger. With consistency and patience, you’ll be amazed at how quickly you progress!

Everything is possible. Just take smalls steps.
